Dell India Pvt Ltd – received a dead product

I received a dead product on delivery on 22 jan.. after soo many calls and mails also I am yet unable to get my refund for the product .I have paid rs 26500 aprox .please help me to get my refund.

I have incurred rs 300 on calls and my precious time and energy

I want my refund of the product with interest and call charges which I incurred.
