I purchased one Dell Laptop Inspiron 15-3521-i5 from Synergy system chennai. The same gone out of order few days back. It is not under warranty. I made the following complaint to Dell. No reply received I purchased one Dell Inspiron 15-3521-i5 (Service Tag No.DVZSZW1) from Synergy Systems & Peripherals, Chennai ion 14.06.2014. The warranty ended on 9.7.2014. The machine is not under extended warranty. The machine went out of order a few days back when I visited Dell Service Centre at 31/2A Sadahana Road, Kolkata on 30.10.2014 with the machine. They provided me the SDAR Report (DSP Reference No. ENQ/DGKOL-2/14-15/0003048. After inspection they telephonic ally informed me that the mother board of the Laptop has gone out of order needs replacement which will cost about Rs.15000/-. I was surprised to listen that, and could not understand that a company like Dell is producing such product, the mother board of which could be out of order in one and half year (approx) and needs replacement with such high cost, which does not necessarily goes with the reputation of your brand. Under the circumstances I would request you to look into the matter and arrange for free replacement for which I shall grateful to you. If it is not related to your area you may please forward it to the concerned department or else you may please provide me the email address of Dell-Bangalore and FAX No. Please treat this most urgent.
