Dell Laptop – Faulty Product Unsatisfactory Service

I have brought a Dell Laptop model Inspiron N4110. The service tag no. was BB658R1. My warranty was expiring on 27th April 2014. I lodged a complaint with Dell on 6th April regarding charging problem. The engineer was supposed to come to my house on 12th but he did not come. I complained this to Dell who again sent an engineer to fix the problem but he also could not fix the problem. I then escalated the issue to the escalation team who called me up & assured me that the problem will be fixed even when the warranty period has passed as you have lodged the complaint in time. My motherboard was replaced after that twice on 10th & 14th May 2014 but the motherboard was faulty & there were several issues with the system which occurred. I told Dell about this the very same day. Dell for the next 3 months tried troubleshooting or I kept on visiting their service center but to no avail. But my problem was not solved. I was told later that the problem lies with the software & we are not responsible for software & the system is out of warranty. My grievance is that first Dell gave me the faulty part, then I was harassed for 3 months, please note that they even took my system for 3 weeks for testing but my problem was not fixed & in the end I was provided no resolution. Kindly help me as I do not have enough money to buy a new laptop & I have to do most of my office work through cyber café nowadays. I will be very grateful to you. I have sent them several mails but they do not reply to any of my mail.

Dell says that this is a software issue but the OS has been re installed by Dell 3 times but the problem was not fixed. All the software are working fine on one laptop of the same model but not mine of the same make & model. I want that my problem is resolved to satisfaction but on the other hand I do not trust this company anymore as they have failed in multiple attempts. I demand the product to be replaced or else refunded with the reasonable compensation for the economic, physical & mental damage occurred. In case you feel this is not possible I at least demand that the product is fixed & it should work properly.
