Bought a Dell laptop from Croma Warden road in Nov 2013 with 1 year warranty – The laptop’s screen stopped working in early Sep 2014 (laptop is within warranty) – On the advice of the Croma warden road store I raised the issue to Dell -Dell customer care told me that my warranty expired in Sept, before I raised therefore I was not eligible for the warranty – Croma Warden Road and Croma Customer Care is telling me that the warranty is intact but I need to get Dell to fix the laptop – Dell is asking me to reach out to Croma to get the laptop fixed Neither of the brands are willing to fix the laptop
Replacement/Repair of the laptop -Compensation for the time wasted and the additional effort that I have spent to raise the issue (Rs 35000).
