i had given my Dell Laptop for service to this company and they forced me to purchase AMC for 1 Year and i had paid them 4000 rupees. than i given my laptop for services him on 18/09/2013 provided ticket no 120755, as the told they will services and give back in maximum in ten days but till now its completed one month but still i haven’t got my laptop back

This is concerns about my laptops part safety and wrongly sold AMC to me i will claim for my entire laptop cost + AMC Charges + Delay in services That will Comes Around- 500000/rupees
