I bought a Laptop on 2nd september 2012 from dynamic computer, lamington road mumbai. On 29 th of 2013 (after about 10 months) my laptop had a problem with motherboard. I checked my warranty, i was shocked by seeing my warranty expired on 20 th july (actually it should expire on 2 sept 2013 ie 1 year). 1. after talking with dell they told me to ask dealer to send a invoice copy to distributor, who will forward it to dell. 2. Now my dealer is telling that he has sent invoice copy to distributor. 3. Still my issue is not solved. Dell case no: 880181185 Service Tag no.- 8NN0RR1 now neither dealer nor dell is responding properly on this issue. please help me in this issue
