Sir/madam,

I bought a new LG fridge model no. 1P=RP 185RP3.
Dealer sold me demaged LG fridge on arrival. after that I have complained to the dealer that my fridge has inside crack so plz replaced this product
but he denied to replaced the fridge and also misbehaved. this kind of dealer is demaging your product image and company reputation, So Cancel his dealership ASAP. then I have compalint in LG india e-mail. my Complaint no. is C1071113371 dt-11-07-2010. after lodgeing complaint Lg service engineer has come and inspected the fridge. but Service engineer also have misbehaved he said call photographer and take photo this kind of things done by the customer. then how customer would be satisfied by your service. I am very very mentally disturbed so if solution is not made in my favour then I would like to go for consumer court against Dealer and LG India both for delevered demaged fridge and bad service and I also lodge a case of mentally haressment.
I also send a invoice copy plz find it.
