My Dena Bank Cust. ID: 103294832 The following grievances got to be answered by Dena Bank, point to point without beating about the bush. They run a bank and they are under legal liabilities to answer logically without making fool of me which they have been doing after each harassment. 1. Cheques get cleared on the third day. I got it clarified with many other banks. Dena bank failed to clear my bank draft in 3 days. They took 8 days. WHY? 2. Their ATM Debit card failed to work. And this happens frequently. I have sent them the print of failed ATM slip notes. This is purposeful harassment. They failed to clarify. WHY? 3. Their NET banking fails to recognize my Customer ID. And every time they give me the new ID. WHY? 4. The “Auto Closure FD” matured amount comes into my SBA on the maturity day only – no matter if it is a holiday. This fact is confirmed by many banks to me. Dena bank does have any right to act in a monopolised way. 5. Dena bank credits the FD matured amount at the end of the day only. Thus they keep matured money for the whole day with them. No other bank does in this way as asked by me to many other reputed banks. And hence Dena Bank is bound to pay the interest for that day too which they refused. 6. SMS is not free. They charge for it every quarterly. STILL many withdrawals failed to bring any SMS to us. WHY? Any unauthorised withdrawal might bring hell of the trouble to us one day due to their such sleeping habits of No-Message Deficiency. 7. We have never complained for their furniture or decoration as alleged by them in their email. They too failed send us the contents of our such complaint when we asked for. WHY? All such persistent problems from this Sachiwalaya Corner Branch of Dena Bank evidently prove their purposeful harassment to grab bribe following all such persistent malpractices. They cannot simply go scot free by answering vaguely. They are legally bound to answer without excuses as they have been doing so far. R K AGARWAL
