Dena Bank deducted Rs 113 for less balance in our SBA. As per RBI rules before such deduction they are legally bound to intimate us with complete information about such deduction with the actual total amount to be charged which they did not. I inquired with RBI and I got RBI emailed reply to proving the restrictions RBI has imposed over straight arbitrary deduction. I showed this RBI reply to the branch manager. Still they refused to refund back the illegal deduction.- R K AGARWAL
