Dear sir, I am having a housing loan account with dena bank, (nanpura branch) surat. I had a talk with Mr. nayan patel (manager nanpura branch, surat) before 1-4-2014 that my account will be charged interest rate of 10.25%. Bank has agreed to give it subsequently i was given a waiver too & from that date till 26-3-2015 i was charged @10.25% but on 31-3-2015 bank has levied extra interest in my account @13.25%. so kindly help me to get refund of extra money charged.

I WANT THAT WHAT TALK I HAD WITH BANKING OFFICER (i.e nayan patel, manager nanpura branch, surat). should be applicable to my and refund my excess money charged to my account.
