i purchased a microwave oven 28 Ltrs model 103d on 11.10.09 from Shilpa Agencies rai market ambala cantt vide invoice no 8916 dtd 11.10.09. The dealer promised to give a discount of a free gift of dinner set worth Rs 2000/-. Same was mentioned in memo as it was not available. He promised to give it next day. But inspite of visiting many times he still is lingering with the next date.Now he is still saying to come after 15 dates.
