Respected Sir/Ma’m, After digitization, we are using DEN’s digital box. But it is not working as expected since starting. We are facing following problems after digitization [Strange, Do we do digitization to increase problems?]: 1. Signals are not always clear 2. Not all channels are coming 3. As basically, we are Maharashtrians — We are used to watch Marathi channels — and they never work — My Mother and Grand-Mother — always keeps shouting on me to scrap this box! I’ve already registered lot of complaints the fresh one has complaint ID # 906571 via their customer care # 1800-419-2020. But no permanent solution. Our local cable operator is not looking in to the issue. Also, e-mailed them via their website. But as usual no reply. Now, you are the one, who can help us to resolve this issue and receive uninterrupted entertainment! Thanks, Kiran Patil
