The mobile set purchased on 3.4.2010 started troubling with low battery and not getting charged and was given for repairs for the first time on 29.06.2010. Though repairs were carried out by the company but it did not work and it was given to the CARE Centre for 7 times the last on 9.3.2011 which was returned to me on July 2011 without repairs and when I got back to the CARE centre requesting that the assured replacement of its mother board has not been done, they refused to accept the instrument now as its Warranty period of One year is over. I have no remedy but to lodge a complaint with the Consumer Courts. Hope to get relief.
