Please reply me why till you never find my set top box. two months waste of my monthly due.
Can your company will top up two months fee for the delaying your non sevice problem.
Till our dealer DEVI ELECTRICALS DID NOT RESPONSE MY CALL, THAT PERSON TOLD ME
“SUN DIRECT IS NOT GOOD COMMUNICATION AND PROPER SERVICE, IF YOU NEED TO EMERGENCY recomended TO BUY NEW TATA SKY OR OTHERS IS VERY FAST”, AND THE DEALER SENT MORE THAN 100 PCS SAME PROBLEM.
I THINK YOUR DEALER NEED ONLY GAIN NOT SERVICE TO CUSTOMER.
IF YOU DON’T HAVE PROPER SERVICE PLEASE RETURN MY SET TOP BOX. BECAUSE MY FAMILY MEMBERS WERE IRRITATE AND SHOUT ME WHAT SET TOP BOX IS BOUGHT.

WHY I’LL SEND TO COPLAINT THIS MATER TO CONSUMER COURT BECAUSE YOUR SERVICE IS NOT PERFECTABLE.
