I am a customer of BSNL mobile. I was connected to bsnl tunes unfortunately and every month i am charging Rs 25/- and without my permission you are cutting the amount from my balanced money. My mobile No is 9411912588 .I am user in Uttar Pradesh City Bareilly. So please disconnect my mobile bsnl tunes from this month. I don’t want any tunes. This is a serious concern of mine. I am very much disappointed by BSNL services also. So please disconnect bsnl tunes to my phone no – 9411912588 . Please disconnect as soon as possible.
