inspite of reminding them on so many occasions their people over phone told us that they will come & attend.one of their mechanic came to our house on 22nd & inspected the machine (he has disconnected the machine which was working)& told us that the thing has to be rectified only by the person who came one year back for servicing & the company on telephoning told us that the mechanic will come on that day itself. but till date no body turned up & whenever we are telephoning they are not picking up the phone.(we have tried some 30 to 40 times each day on various occasions in the last 3 days)it is to be mentioned here that the warranty period ends on 26/10/2013

kindly ask them immediately to rectify the mistake. it is to be mentioned here that since the warranty period ends on 26/10/2013 they are not coming & rectifying the same as of now.
