I am a public sector employee (syndicate bank) and eligible for 20% discount on my broadband rent. I have taken the b.b.connection in may 09, and opted for 750 unlimited plan. as per the offer I should have been charged only Rs.600 per month. but my bills show rs.675 in june, and 750 in july towards b/b.rent. I have given full proof of my employment with syndicate bank, a PSU. why i am not given the discount?

plz verify and reimburse the excess amt.of rs 225 (75+150) and correct the future bills. this is the second complaint following the one given in last month
