Sir, This is Dr Prashant Kumar Singh, I had booked a NEW DISH TV HD CONNECTION ON17TH NOV 2014 WITH token I’d no. 535381, I was told that the installation will be done within 24 Hours, I have to inform you that till date I have not been contacted with any of your technicians or executives for installation, the installation is still pending and I have been calling the customer care daily, no action is being taken, my reference no. Is 535381 . I even contacted Mr Sudheer who is Nalgonda incharge he says he is helpless. I am really disappointed with your service, I am not able to go for another dth as I have already made a payment to the company through online mode and requested to refund the amount, they neither refund my amount nor install the connection . kindly take necessary action

Either install it within 24 hours or refund my amount
