have paid full amount for one year subscription to dish TV through debit card in the month of MARCH. Earlier to this two channels were their in the pack and after charging for one year these channels were part of the pack i.e. UTV Action and BINDASS but after few days approx. on 5th of APRIL both the channels have been withdrawn by the service provider without any intimation.when i contacted the service provider on phone they were telling a lie that after charging one year subscription these were not part of your pack but actually these were. But after few days these were withdrawn.

My request is they must start both the channels as early as possible without charging any amount because this is cheating on the part of service provider.Kindly tell them this is harassment to the consumer and do not do this in future to any consumer. Thanks
