There is repeated interruptions in the channels subscribed, though payments are made at annual basis. What is the need to call every time the customer care service to get the channel resubscribed? The service is availed by the old people there in rural areas. they are helpless and they have to call their kin to look for the availability of the service. They have to face the hardship to avail again the service.
