I am regular customer of dish tv having 2 connection of Dish Tv services, my Vc No’s are 01509899022 ( normal- installed channels programmed with Super Family pack ) and other is 01514673460 ( HD- installed channels programmed with HD world pack ) and for both I paid yearly subscription and when I recharged my subscription dish tv promised to relay decided programmed channels and I relied on their promise. But as on January 16th I came to know that they have stopped few relay of some channels so I made complaint on phone and they said email us your request we will set again the relay of selected program so I send them mail on 24th, 26th and 27th January 2014 for the same and they started relaying the selected programmed channels but now again from last week they stopped relaying some channels so I made complaint on phone and spoke with Mr. Anil Goshai about colours , E tv Gujarati and other channels but he replied rudely and said that they want be able to relay the channels as their cost of relay has been changed and channels operators demand more money and it is costly to them to relay and if I want the same channels I have to pay extra for the relay of channels some of Rs. 65/- per month for colours and also for other channels.As I have already paid for them in yearly subscription when I recharged. So I emailed again to their email Id and took objection for the same. As on today I received reply from Mr. Raja Alam Customer service DISHTV stating that Colors HD,CNBC TV 18 Prime HD and History TV HD channels have been removed from all HD base packages & replaced by 3 New HD services i.e. Dish Box Office, ET Now and Discovery Science. Further, you can veiw removed channel(Colors HD) through Alacarte pack on paid basis at Rs.65/- and with a lock in period of minimum 30 active days.” Let us know How they can do this to me without notice and after taking money for the same.

I want Refund of my full subscription paid and Full refund of Instrument and dish Systems amount paid for their services. I want Rs, 15,000/- immediate refund for all above and that is for money I paid for instrument and subscriptions.
