I have bought new dish Tv Hd connection on august 2nd 2013 by paying 4000 rs ie.six month subsription, IDV-C NO.-01518758322 AND STB NO- DST12210003008.Initial two days it worked very fine after that it start to show card not active whenevr we start the System. dealer who install alraedy changed the set-top box but still it showing same error. on complaint they give assurance that in two days it will resolve but still i m waiting for the solution.

my problem should be resolve as soon as possible and 1 more month pack should be added in my subscription
