Dish TV – Wrong plan activated no Customer service

Dear Sir, I have take new connection of cable from DISH TV (package Rs. 230/-) on dated 23/06/2014, and they have committed that first months all channels shall be activated including cricket & FIFA world cup, but its not materialised, when i have talked with representative they had called that you can not see all the channels, you have to subscribe for package of Rs. 300/-, but they have activated of package for Rs. 340/-. Now a customer have to chase with the service provider regulalry, it should be stopped.

I want that they should not commit wrong to customer. They have to pay Rs. 20,000/- for this.
