I shifted my houshold items from DLf Cargo packers from Gurgaon to Pune they charged Rs 25500/- for this shifting.When I get my items on destination they asked me to pay additonal amount of Rs 1500 (Octrai) and Rs 2000/- (Maharashtra Labour Union) addtionally. They have not informed me earlier about these charges. When i refuse to pay these charges they did not deliver my car.They mentally harrased me ,used abusing language.Along with that most of my household items were damaged or stolen. When i get my car i saw some damages in that also. They have not provided me receipt for anything they have charged additionally and putting pressure on me saying that they will not provided my car if i do not give this money to them.

Following are the things were damaged or stolen 1. Car (minor damage-scratch on door) 2. Samsung Galaxy S2 Accessories Stolen (1 Travel Adapter,1 Headset and 1 Charger Cost Rs (6000/-)) 3. Sunglasses Stolen from Car (Cost Rs 1500/-) 4. 2 Bucket Broken (Cost Rs 500/-) 5. Plastic Box Broken (Cost 200/-)
