Dreamline Mattress – No Customer Service

we have bought Dreamline mattress from Home town, Thane, on December 2013, we are facing problem from last 6 months, we have also done a complain 3 times,but once the service trend up and said this can not be resolved,now i have had sleep disk problem caused because of this. On the mattress it is clearly mentioned ” 36 month warranty”. But Home Toen Store people are not hearing this at all. Please help me is resolving this and getting the mattress replaced.
Because of this mattress i am facing sleep disk problem, please help. I can get Doctors certificate if required.
