We visited Mamaji Cotton Sares and Dress Materials on 23rd March’14 to buy Blouse (“CHOLI”) Cut Piece and given it to stitches which was offered by Vendor. We and Vendor mutually agreed that they have to Cut the Piece from selected lot + stitch it + Put embroidery belt. Vendor offered to purchase this embroidery belt on behalf of us and we agreed to that. Vendor had given estimation of 500 for Blouse (Incl. material + stitches)and at actual for embroidery. We Paid 500 INR for Blouse Material + Stitches out of total estimation of 1000 INR. At the time of delivery of this product, Vendor confirmed that cost of embroidery belt shall be 300 INR, so it should be total 500 INR + 300 INR = 800 INR, but Vendor Charged us with 650 INR + 300 INR = 950 INR. Vendor increased Material + Stitches cost by 150 INR. We requested Vendor to return extra 150 INR which they charged to us otherwise we will raise this case to Consumer forum, but they replied you do whatever you want to do and where ever you want to go.

150 INR which we paid extra to Vendor and Vendor denied to return it. Vendor cheated us and that’s the reason we want to fight for 150 INR. Please help us out to get this minimum amount, so that Vendor get lesson in future never try to cheat others.
