i had given my garment to Fabric spa for dry cleaning and asked them to please take special care as it is my engagement lehenga. On receipt of the same the lehenga is fully damaged work has come out they have broken the tassels torn the dress. It is over 15 days i am constantly following up with them to refund full amount of my dress but they take no action. they are mentally harassing me and have emotionally disturbing me. This is such an important garment, they are taking no action. they dont reply to my constant emails. I have to call them so many times in the day. yet no answer.

I want my entire dress amount to be refunded.
