My sister have couriered Rakhi to me on 1st August from West Bengal. Till now, It has not been delivered to me. When I spoke to DTDC customer care on 8th Aug, they said they will deliver on that day at any cost. The reference number for that call was RO/CSS0908531. Even after that I have followed up on email on 9th & still not received any response. Even today since morning, I am following up with them but courier has not reached me.

Rakhi was on 10th Aug. It’s a big festival for us. DTDC has not done his job. I don’t want any money from them but I want them to tell the reason why they did this to me & whoever was the culprit should be fired from the job so that it never happens to other.
