Dear Sir/Madam, I expected some documents from DHFL, Vizag br. My address is, 16-95/1, New Mrjalguda, Malkajgiri, Hyderabad-500047. The said bank has sent the documents on 28th Jan 2013, to my residence. I’ve waited till 4th of Feb 2013, and then enquired about my documents with the DTDC, Malkajgiri, on 4-2-2013 evening at 5.40p.m. They directed me to go to Anandbagh br., because the bearing document number is X02169403. Alongwith my wife i went to Anandbagh, and their answer is instead of anandbagh the said corier went to Bashirbagh. We request Mrs.Bindu of DTDC of that branch, to send documents to our working place because of the delay we’re able to workout on it. On 6-2-2013, at 3.15pm i called Mrs.Bindu, but she didn’t attend phone call. Then I talk to the H.O, co-ordinator (30947232) and explains everything over phone. they said tomorrow. today 6-2-2013 till i did’t get any reply. Sir, I’ve lost big amount becuase of DTDC unfair behaviour. Is it the way of the working u people working for? I strongly requested u to take immediate steps to solve problems like these.
