I have sent a shipment from Rajendranagar DTDC on 17th Apr’14, the destination is Gurgaon and still the shipment hasn’t reached the destination even after 10days. DTDC staff promised a delivery within 3days. We have even visited your DTDC store 4 times for clarification but the person (Mr. Mahender) kept on saying that he is looking into it. The AWB is H28199532 I have complained to DTDC through email on 27th Apr’14 but nothing conclusive has come out of that complaint until now. I have also attached the details with this email.
