Consecutive poor service and increase in my phone bill to reach out the customer service : Following are the AWB No. for that I have faced the poorest customer service problem. 1) A31368860 – It is still saying that its still in transit after 4 days from Ahmedabad to Mumbai. Their official personals are telling that it will reach by tom.I have posted on 16th May and its still in transit. Even their customer service is not picking up the phone or anything in the email. 2) A31347468 – I have asked to stop this courier as I have already received the correspondence but they have failed in the matter. 3) A31492012 – I have booked the courier and the officer Mr. Jigar Shah was telling that it would reach on the next day to the mentioned address but not updated for one week.
Consequences are the worst experience for me. 1) A31368860 – I have asked to check up Mr. Sandip Lakhani – 0982455xxx but he is unable to find the problem due to upper level poor customer service. No updates yet. 2) A31347468 – DTDC has the poorest service that I have come to know by this courier. They have no ability to stop the courier. I have called so many times to customer service and local office but wasting of my money. 3) A31492012 – Serious complaint against Mr. Jigar Shah – +(91)-756715xxx ( Near Sachin Tower , Ahmedabad ) He is showing so much EGO and Attitude just because he is in business since 10 years. I have requested him 2 times but he is not ready to help me. DTDC company should stop the business from him as he is not liable to do any business with this much of attitude and carelessness. Secondly I have also called to Mumbai Local Branch Number but no one is picking up the phone. I also called the officer on the mobile number on 0845100xxx at Mumbai.He is also like Mr. Jigar Shah. He is always roaming outside and his office personal never picked up the call and sometimes its coming busy. What type of service that they are having I am really not understanding.
