The dtdc courier company did not deliver the courier to my address nor they tried to contact me about this matter. Because of their unprofessional attitude I am about to loose my money which I used to make an online purchase. Two products were sent to me via courier on 26th and 29th april by dtdc courier from Mumbai but was not delivered at the given address in Bilaspur, chhattisgarh.

I am about to loose 500rs I spent on making purchase and being a doctor I am wasting a lot of time chasing the courier company numbers and talking to them.

I want compensation for the monetary loss and the inconvenience caused to me.
