Doc. No Z12714686 was sent from Noida on 07.06.2010 & reached at Ramgrah branch on 10.06.2010.Without sending the Document to the destination ( Ghatotand adress) the barnch sent back the cosinment without any intmation to the consignee. while inquering the branch on 16.06.2010 it was informed that document was arrived on 10.06.2010 but ,while collecting the same from branch it was found that the document was return back on 14.06.2010.
