My fully paid online order has been delayed due to returning of the DTDC shipment without my knowledge and delivery attempt made in person. the dispatching center is Trichur. ENTRANCE, TRICHUR Pincode : 680004 Phone : 8136807279 Email : branchcok.thrissur@dtdc.com the local delivery centre is TARATOLA MASTER FRANCHISEE, NO.2 , NEW TARATOLA ROAD, KOLKATA 700088 the later has skipped the delivery and made up false informaion online (see attachment), which is showing that attempt has been made to deliver, but in reality its not. There was my contact no as well which also was never called till date. And now thing are even worse, while I have visited the Taratala office they asked me to call Trichur Branch phone number which seems to be busy for last two days.
