This is to inform and take your due support in regards to Non-Delivery of my courier bearing tracking no:- Z19371182 dated 15/4/2014. It consisted of an important documents, which were required for a medical urgency by the recipient, supposed to be delivered at the below mentioned address which has clearly been written on the envelope alongwith Mobile no of both the parties (Recipient and Sender), Recipient:- Chander Mohan S, Villa no: 37, Concorde Sylvan View, Near Gold Coins Club, Ramasagara Village, Electronics City Post, Bangalore- 560100. Mobile no:- 9886063463 Since the complete address is clearly mentioned i fail to understand where is the confusion and even if an iota of doubt is there the delivery guy should have called and confirmed from the recipient or the sender but on the contrary they very casually playing ping pong internally within DTDC? The online tracking on “http://dtdc.com/tracking/tracking.asp” portal showing also not showing any clear status update. I just fail to understand what kind of service is being provided even after charging a hefty amount ie Rs 85/- for a small document and who is responsible for the delay, which is already 14 days. I am still struggling to know the exact status of my courier since it has neither been returned or delivered after 14 days. Please help.

Delivery of Courier and an Amount of Rs 1,00,000 for the mental agony and tensions on both the fronts for more than 15 days.
