No. 2349892-94 cell no.9377411111. Branch: Ring Road – 2 having Invoice No.1215/R copy of retail invoice enclosed herewith. On purchase time your retail dealer gives us 12 month guarantee.

I am very disappointing because your company’s mobile is not performed as it should be performed. During use of your companies mobile it is being so hot one can not talk on this cell phone more than 5 minutes.

For that problem I have made many times oral complain about the problem to your retailer M/s Bhatia Comm. & Retail (India) Pvt. Ltd. every time they were consumed my 2hours to 3hours time and they were also not provide me service copy and they were behave rudely say that “We are not your servant”.

On 1st July 2009 I had given my mobile to your service centre for solving above mention problem to M/s Sahil Techno Service, Ahmedabad they had kept mobile phone for 15days for solving problem but problem was not solved by them. Copy for the same enclosed with this letter.

On 21st August 2009 I had given my mobile to your service centre for solving above mention problem to M/s Shree Ram Krishna Enterprise, Ahmedabad but problem had not been solved. Copy for the same enclosed with this letter

Now I am irritated from your retails dealer and service centre and herewith I would like to inform you that kindly exchange me your product with new one
