had booked a flat with this builder in the project named “East Avenue, Wagholi” in the month of April 2012. At the time of booking, the builder had stated that the construction work will begin in a couple of weeks, and possession will be in around June 2014. But, after booking the flat, I came to know that the project was not approved and the builder did not have NA order for the land of project. I waited for one year and then they got NA. But, after they got NA order, they disclosed that the land is disputed, and the construction is not yet statred. Looking at the situation, I had cancelled my booking before 2 months, and the builder had promised to return the money within 45-60 days. Its 60 days that I had cancelled the booking, but I have not yet recieved my money back!

I want my money back as soon as possible, as I don’t trust the builder and dont want to keep my money in his hand for more time. Also, I want proper amount of interest paid on my money to me, as the compensation. The builder should be fined for doing such things, as I am not the only one who is suffferring form this builder in this way. There are hundereds of other victims who had booked flat in the same project.
