Easygotrip.com – Refund not getting processed by travel agency

I booked return air tickets from Del to Mumbai from an online portal easygotrip.com on 24 september 2013. The fare displayed on the site at the time of booking was Rs 12924. I paid the amount with my visa credit card and the amount was debited from my cc account. The payment was made to one JC Travels which is an associated travel agency for the portal site. The booking ref nbr is ET 15080. After the payment was made I got an email stating that the booking is under progress. After 4 hours I got an email saying that the booking has been rejected due to unavailability. Subsequently, I got a call from JC Travels that I need to pay an extra Rs 4000 to confirm the booking, or else I can get the amount refunded. I asked them to refund the amount on the same day 24 Sep 2013. Since that day I have sent multiple emails to their support site and followed up with countless calls to their refund department. No one is ready to resolve my problem. They keep transfering me from one guy to another still no answer in the end. One of the guys from admin, Rajeev Fernandes, asked me to send an email to support asking them to refund my amount via cheque because they have changed the payment gateway and my earlier trxn no longer shows. I sent this email on 15 Oct 2013 and even after that no one is ready to acknowledge the email and answer my calls.

Atleast my ticket amount should be refunded. Compensation for delay and harassment.
