I had booked the flight ticket Mumbai-Nagpur-Mumbai through Easygotrip on 12/01/2015. However, the reservation got rejected due to fare change. I got the following e-mail from Easygotrip regarding the fare refund. Dear Sir/Mam, Your below booking ET 54168 And ET 54169 is rejected due to fare change and total transaction amount will be reversed in 9 working days. Easygotrip Rejection Refund No C:232. ET 54168 – Rs 1656/- ET 54169 – Rs 3780/- 1. OneWay Flight from Mumbai ( BOM ) to Nagpur ( NAG ) Booking Reference No :- ET 54168 BookDate :- 1/12/2015 Airline Pnr :- Rejected due to fare change Status :- Rejected Rejected:-Please Contact to Call Center ?2. OneWay Flight from Nagpur ( NAG ) to Mumbai ( BOM ) Booking Reference No :- ET 54169 BookDate :- 1/12/2015 Airline Pnr :- Rejected due to fare change Status :- Rejected Rejected:-Please Contact to Call Center However, the concern has not yet refunded the money back to me.

I have given reminders through e-mails (support@easygotrip.com) and made numerous attempts to call them (8080144002) regarding the issue. However, the has been no response to my mails and the calls get disconnected after the initial stage. Only an auto recorded message that says, “All the executives are busy…your call is important to us….we have noted down your number and will contact to your shortly”, is heard. In few instances, when the executive picks the call, they cut the call when I raise the refund issue.
