I booked Air India online flight ticket through easygotrip.com for Rs.18,767/- on 01.10.2014. After debiting my Idbi bank a/c immediately one person called and your ticket is cancelled due to Air India flight fare hiked. Then they send email for refunding my above said amount within 9 working days. But morethan 52 days gone still my amount is not credited my bank account. I called so many times through phone and mails. But no reply and response. My Booking reference no.ET 46713. My refund reference no is B254.

I want my money Rs.18,767/- (Eighteen Thousand Seven Hundred Sixty Seven only) at the earliest. Further please block the easygotrip website and their bank accounts. They are fraud and cheated many online flight booking customers. So, please take action against them.
