I had booked air ticket on 13th may 2015 .. Mumbai to Bangalore, travel date 17th may 2015 for 3 passenger (myself, husband and daughter) for amount 15390/- after few minutes i get mail from easygotripi ts been cancelled by airlines for non availability of seats (spicejet)… since then i was trying to reach the call-center : +91 808014xxx but noone picks the line.. it then goes in recorded line we will call you.. written several mails no revert… then 10 days back finally one lady was available in live chat. she mentioned it will be credited in next 72 hours… no refund in 72 hours.. then finally i got call from easygotrip on sat- 30th may… they said refund in 72 hours that means mon – 1st june… no refund then i called on tue then again say 72 hours.. i feel then are they just dragging and taking days. so next 72 hours iam quite. also they are calling frim goa no.+918326516xx/+918326516xx/ +9183265164xx.. nowhere these nos are mentioned… on saturday whoever called me (din mentioned his name).. when i asked why are you all not picking the call and answering the mails.. he is telling “now you are getting your money na” on email they are telling “for your kind information”
i want my full refund.. otherwise easygotrio should give me penalty for delay and fooling customer
