I bought a car cover for Volkswagen Vento (Reference: PaisaPay ID 39115936671) from Ebay. The cover that was delvered had some missing stitches. On complaining, Ebay asked me to courier the cover to a given address and send them the courier receipt. They would refund my money for the cover and the courier charge by demand Draft. I spent Rs 480 to spend the item to the address and received refund of the price of the car cover. But despite several reminders and assurances by Ebay, I have not received the DD for Rs 480 towards courier charges. Its more than a month. Contacting them other than over email is difficult. now a days they do not reply. They have no address either, where I could deliver a letter

I want Ebay to send me a demand draft of Rs 480.
