I have ordered samsung galaxy note 3 flip cover on 17 December 2013.I paid Rs.600 by debit card. After expected delivery date.they haven’t deliver the product to my address. I called ebay customer care service but they said k they r already deliver the product 2 Mr Harsh.and his mobile number is 8731037057. Hw can any courier guy deliver the product to unknown person.I have already mention my address and phone number there in shipping address box.dn hw is this possible k they deliver the product 2 someone else. I called so many time to ebay customer care services.they said we’ll try to sought out the problem immediately but they haven’t sought out my problem. On 14 January 2014 they send me an email k Ebay paisa pay id has rejected your case.bcz the product has already delivered to someone. Again i called the ebay customer care service.they said they cant do anything.As per company poilcy the product has already deliver to someone. My Question is-Why courier person didnt called me at the time of delivery? M staying alone in my house.then hw is this possible k someone has received my item? No mail and no message has been sent to my email n mobile number for product delivery confirmation. After expected delivery crossed dn only i called customer care k where’s my item?dn they send the confirmation mail.

I want my money back. Thats it.
