I had claimed for refund for the PaisaPay ID:35803488527 and Item number:161224356545 via claim ID- 432394 on the month of March 2014. I got the reply from ebay team that the claim is approved and the mail as follows. After that i got a mail in this regard on April 11 that the coupon code has been dispatched on the registered email id ( This email address). The corresponding mail is also enclosed herewith. I had contacted several times to ebay in this regard and each time they are giving different answers.Kindly look into this and do the needful for the same.The chat ID’s are as follows:1-24417329184,1-24658784610,1-25350921767. I want either the refund for the same or the offered refund made from the ebay.
