EBay – Delay in refund lack of consumer service

Hi, I purchased many items from eBay and I bought a Table Tennis bat on eBay on 18th August. paisapay id is 37124436209. After that seller contacted me saying that there was mistake in his ad and he cannot ship TT bats so he will refund my money. I had used eBay voucher which I got for my earlier transaction on eBay. Seller refunded my money (which was deducted after voucher amount) back on 21st August after that as per eBay I was told that I will get return voucher (for pending voucher amount) within 7 to 10 days. It has been now more than a month and still I have not received my refund. Similar to this I had raised a claim (Claim id 622904), which was approved on 1st September and I was told that I will get refund voucher within 7-10 days. Now it has been 20 days and still I have not received my refund. Continuously I have been contacting eBay customer care and every time I get some answer that they are escalating and I will get resolution within 48 to 72 hours. I called eBay customer 5 times and it has become tiring process to get refund with no resolution in sight. I have been going through mental pain to get my money back. Can you please help me and I want to complaint against eBay for lack of service quality, for not following their own policy and for mental torture which I have suffered to get my money back.

I am looking for good monetary compensation for the damage caused by eBay by not following their policy. I want them to realize the pain consumers go through and it should never happen again.
