Ebay – Fake guarantee duping customers false assurance

I would like to inform about ebay’s guarantee and how they are cheating customers in the name of ebay guarantee. I placed order on Nov 20 2014 PaisaPay ID 37910379630. The item was not recieved and I raised a claim on 30-11-2014 claim id 774703. After sending series of emails and making lot many calls to ebay, they finally resolved the claim on dec 11 2014 assuring me of refund of the amount to my bank account within 6-8 days. But till now I did not get it. I made series of calls and sent emails to ebay customer support, but every time they assured to resolve it within 24-48 hours, I even warned them that I will file case with consumer court, but they turned a deaf ear. I don’t understand why ebay is offering money back guarantee, if they can not repay it to the customer. They are wasting our time and duping our hard earned money in the name of guarantee. So I request all of you to beware while shopping with ebay. They are not trustworthy. By shopping with ebay we will not only lose our money but our valuable resource(time). Regards, Aadhya sri
