ebay – False Information about Shipping

Ebay Member techeststorez have listed Brand New Motorola Moto G 8GB Mobile Phone Black for sell. I have purchased it with HDFC Credit Card where Ebay assured “Paisa Pay Gurranette”. (http://pages.ebay.in/help/policies/paisapay-rules-policies.html) As per policies within Five day or committed time Seller should send me shipping details. Here ebay did not mentioned authentic shipping details or not. It looks like Seller abused that loophole to send me false shipping details. As per Paisa Pay Policy they should do immediate refund if correct shipping details are not received. But due to there is no check from Ebay to verify authenticity of Shipping details, Ebay asking me to wait till maximum time allotted for shipping i.e 14th April. But considering facts as below : 1. Seller is no more member of Ebay 2. Seller contact details are false 3. Seller supplied false courier tracking details. 4. Ebay’s customer care is being unprofessional to listen to my points and telling me that they will refund if product do not reach me on 14th April. So basically I will have to wait for one more week knowing I am fooled, As I have spent my amount I will not able to make new purchase.

I am looking forward to monetary penalty to Ebay for being careless about verifying authenticity of product listing , seller and shipments made against their PaisaPay guarantee. I feel Ebay should feel seriousness of issue by punishing them with strong penalty and I am looking for some benefit for all the hassle I had to through. Thanks!
