I had ordered a Ford Ecosport accessory “Ford ECOSPORT Front FULL Fog Lamp Garnish In Chrome” vide PaisaPay ID 35058885537 on the 23rd of Nov 2013. The same was delivered to self on the 27th of Nov 2013. The part delivered was faulty reason being , instead of delivering the right and left side combo they had delivered both of the right side. I had called up the eBay call centre on the 27th itself and wanted to lodge the complaint but they did not accept the same and asked to call on completion of 7 days. In the meantime i also spoke to the seller (car.n.more) Mr. Nikhil Madan on his mobile vide number 09999644496 who was not ready to accept his mistake and claimed he ships hundred of products and such a mistake cannot happen. He said when you have opened the packet and tried installing the same we will not be in a position to exchange and you should have checked that prior installation. Without trying to install how will one know if the part is faulty or not. This point is not understood by the claims dept of eBay and the seller. I had also sent them a mail on ” car.accessorie@gmail.com ” on the 27th of Nov2013 itself along with the photograph which they reverted that the part is correct and not faulty. I subsequently called up eBay on the 30th and registered the complaint. One lady by name Sana called up from the claims department and she was not in a position to resolve my complaint. I had requested her for replacement of the part which she says cannot be done and the seller is not agreeing to this point. She called up today post checking with self and the seller and confirmed that she has spoken to her supervisor and closed the complaint. Such poor and shabby response from eBay was not at all expected. I only requested for replacement of one part i.e the right side one with the left side chrome garnish but either eBay nor the seller is interested in that. The respondent was reluctant in providing the name and number of the eBay officials I believe this is a big fraud which is happening at eBay and once the amount is paid upfront they set aside their responsibility.
Earlier i was wanting to have the part replaced and now there is no point hence require refund. I have also mentioned the details of the call logged with eBay.
