Product (Badminton Bag) that I purchased from ebay was a faulty product.(recd on 21 Dec) I have not received enough response from the seller or from ebay. (until 23 DEC) I was been asked to use the bag as it is or go to a repair shop and get it repaired (on 25th Dec) I have been asked by ebay now to reship the bag to ebay. If a customer has the time to reship the product back to the seller, I might as well go personally to a shop and buy the product physically. Ebay has been extremely lax is providing a resolution, Amit and Harsh are the supervisors I have spoken to.
I want a refund from ebay and they should pick up the bag from my place
