I had purchased Portable Wireless PA Amplifier Battery USB Cordless Microphone Mic Rechargeable through EBAY site on 15.11.2014. On receipt it was found that it is not working and I called the seller as written in the EBAY site and he said he will replace it and I registered my claim in EBAY site on 22.11.2014. Since then I was checking the status of my claim and on 08.12.2014 and on 11.02.2014 they had sent a mail that i have to ship the product within 72 hrs failing which they will close the claim. Unfortunately, I was on tour to some other location and came back only on 14.12.2014 and immediately called EBAY call center and they had informed me that there will no issue even if i ship back the product on 15.12.2014. I had shipped the product on 15.12.2014 and logged on to the site for sending the POD copy. However, when i saw the mail, i was told that my claim is denied as i failed to ship the product by 14.12.2014. On 15.12.2014, when i called EBAY call center, that why they had informed that there will be no issue even if i ship the product on 15.12.2014 during my conversation on 14.12.2014, they had closed the claim as Sunday being holiday, there will be no courier services. During their conversation on 14.12.2014 they had concealed the fact of closing the claim if not the product is not shipped by 14.12.2014.
